In some cases, particularly for returns made after the 30-day window but within 45 days, we may offer store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.

If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items and provide either a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Package Your Return

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible. Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts that came with the item. Write your RAN on the outside of the package and include a copy of your receipt or packing slip.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
